Eyeconic Prints are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party print provider, Printful. Because each print is produced on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind after an order has been submitted.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact Eyeconic Shutter LLC within 30 days of receiving the item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Eligible claims may qualify for a replacement, reprint, or refund according to Printful’s fulfillment policies.
For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can review the issue with the fulfillment provider.
