What areas do you Serve?

I primarily serve the Redondo Beach area but am available to travel anywhere between Oxnard and Del Mar. A mileage fee applies for locations beyond 30 miles from my home base: $25 for 31-60 miles and $55 for 61-100 miles.

How long does a typical photo shoot take?

Photo sessions typically take 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the property's size. If Matterport is included, please allow up to 2 hours for completion.

When will I receive the final photos?

Photos are delivered within 24 hours after the photoshoot. In certain cases, same-day delivery is available. Cinematic walkthroughs or social media reels require a 48-hour turnaround time.

How do I receive the photos?

I typically deliver photos via Google Drive, but I can also use Dropbox if preferred. All photos will be neatly organized and separated in folders labeled "High Resolution" and "Web Size."

Do you offer drone or aerial photography?

Drone or aerial photography is available as an add-on for $50. This service highlights specific points of interest, such as beaches, schools, and entertainment venues, relative to the property's location, providing a clear and comprehensive perspective on distances.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

I don’t charge for cancellations or rescheduling; however, I require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled shoot. Reschedules due to weather or service-related issues will be arranged for a more suitable time.
